Bob Ryan on the World Series, Celtics, and Tony Bennett

Bob Ryan of the Boston Globe joined Downtown once again and discussed the World Series, the Celtics, Harvard-Dartmouth football, and even let us in on his favorite sandwich on National Sandwich Day. Ryan felt it was a very good World Series, even though it lasted just five games, and thought the entire postseason was a treat for fans. He also weighed in on the Clay Buchholz extension and whether that will be a good investment for Red Sox down the line. Bob also shared his thoughts on singer Tony Bennett, “the greatest octogenarian singer of all time”.
