Mike Lowe of the Portland Press Herald joined Downtown on Monday to talk about the Patriots’ off-season story lines and the retirement of Peyton Manning. Lowe said that he enjoyed Manning’s retirement speech and said that he will probably be remembered as one of the top five QBs to ever play. He also spoke on the NFL’s appeal versus Tom Brady and if the end to this case will ever be in sight. Lowe talked about the retirement of Logan Mankins, the contract extension of Rob Gronkowski, and what the plans for the Pats will be this off-season.
