Mike Hurley of CBS Boston joined Downtown on Friday after he returned from the NFL’s appeal of the Tom Brady ruling from 2015. Hurley said that the appeal did not seem to favor Tom Brady, but it is still way too early to tell how this one will shake out. He also gave us a timeline for a decision and hinted that this whole ordeal may last until the summer once again, with another appeal likely coming afterwards.
