Eric Mihan of Bangor Wine & Cheese and Crossroads Beverage Company joined Downtown for this week’s edition of “Message In The Bottle”. Eric talked about drinking healthier with wine as we enter the month of February and we tried a wine by Pata Negra called Ribera del Duero from Spain. Eric said that the grapes are treated with pesticides, but not overly treated, just enough to protect the crop. He also compared this red wine to the one last week and gave us a background of the wine.
