Dave Schneider of the band “The Zambonis” joined Rich and Ryan on Monday afternoon to talk about the band’s new song called “Great Scott”, about All Star Game star John Scott. Schneider talked about the inspiration for the song and how quickly it came together before Sunday’s game as well as the unique Scott, known for using his fists and fighting, but also the author of a great piece for the Players Tribune detailing his story and career. Schneider discussed the hockey-rock band’s origins and their desire to have the NHL utilize more of their music.
