Jonathan Musor named first Student of the Week

Downtown and Angelo’s Pizzeria announced the first ever Student of the Week and it was awarded to Jonathan Musor of Bangor High School. Jonathan received the award after garnering high marks from Principal Paul Butler who detailed his extensive work in and outside the classroom.

Musor is a self-taught guitarist who also participates in the Chamber and Jazz Choirs at Bangor High and reportedly impressed a number of people at the school’s talent show last year. Beyond his great abilities in music, he also has worked with the University of Maine Stormwater Institute and is currently engaged in research with aquaponics. Jonathan has also been involved with the Boy Scouts and has devoted his time to several community service projects.

Congratulations to Jonathan Musor for being named the Student of the Week for the week of January 11th. He will receive a gift certificate for a free large pizza at Angelo’s in either Bangor or Hampden and certificate of achievement from Downtown. He’ll also be eligible for a scholarship later on in the year!
