Mike Lowe of the Portland Press Herald joined Downtown to talk about the crazy coin flip and loss to the New York Jets. Lowe said the decision to kick in overtime was more a confidence factor versus the Jets’ offense than a big mistake. He also dispelled any credence to the rumors that it was a master plan from Bill Belichick to keep the Steelers out of the postseason. Lowe also talked about the importance of resting players in Week 17 and still getting that number one seed in the AFC.
