Bill Green of WCSH-TV joined Downtown to talk about “Bill Green’s Maine” and reminisced about his start in the media business in Maine. Bill also discussed some of the locations he recently went to film segments for his show and asked Rich what the impression of WLBZ is in the area now after recent staff cuts. He also talked about his days as a young athlete (and teammate of BDN writer Larry Mahoney) and shared stories of working with the legendary Eddie Driscoll.
Just a quick note for Bill, I remember you having more heart than most everyone playing sports at Bangor and also being one of the nicest people!
